Delivery area

We currently deliver across the UK. Free UK-wide delivery is included on all orders.

Delivery timeframe

All items shown as "In Stock" are ready to ship. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days from order confirmation, depending on your location. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot before dispatch.

Preferred Delivery Date

You can select a preferred delivery date at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate it, subject to courier availability.

Delivery process

Large items (sofas, corner units) are delivered by a two-person courier team to your room of choice where access allows. Please check doorways, stairwells, and hallway widths before ordering, as we're not responsible for items that cannot fit through your access points.

Cash on Delivery

If you've chosen Cash on Delivery, payment is collected by the driver at the point of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.

Missed deliveries

If you're not available at the agreed time, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange. Repeat missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge of £20.
