This website is operated by Regent Interiors ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment

We accept card payments and Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment is due to the driver at the point of delivery.

Warranty

All sofas come with a full workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in frame, springs, and stitching for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products, beyond the price paid for the item in question. This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
